February is upon us once again, and with it the proliferation of love in respect of St Valentine’s Day. Never mind the bouquets and banquets, for us at CinePunked, there’s nothing we like better than to curl up on the sofa with a bottle of cava, some chocolates, and a bona fide cinema classic.
This month we’ve turned our attention to a film that is often lauded as perhaps the finest comedy picture ever made – Some Like It Hot.
We’d been planning a double record during the session for this episode, but we had so much to say we couldn’t even contain ourselves within a bumper 65 minute edition of the show. So much in fact that once our producer Ben has had a chance to watch it too, we’re going to come back to it for a follow up programme. We’d love to take this chat to a live audience too – there’s so much to say around the gender issues alone.
